This Privacy Policy describes how Rocket Digital Limited(“VIBE,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit www.vibeaivid.app(the “Site”) or use the VIBE — AI Video Generator mobile application for iPhone and Android (the “App”, together with the Site, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account & profile data: name, email address and login identifiers when you create an account.
- Content you upload: photos, images and prompts you submit to the App for AI video generation.
- Purchases: subscription state, purchase receipts and transaction identifiers managed via RevenueCat.
- Support requests: messages you send us and any attachments.
Information collected automatically
- Device data: device model, operating system, app version, language, region and crash logs.
- Usage data: features used, screens viewed, AI video models selected, generation events, button clicks and timestamps.
- Identifiers: advertising identifiers (with your permission), installation IDs and approximate IP-based location.
- Cookies & similar tech: cookies, pixels and SDKs (described below).
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain and improve the Services and AI video generation features.
- Process your prompts and uploaded media through our AI providers to return AI video results.
- Manage subscriptions, in-app purchases and entitlements.
- Personalise content, recommendations and onboarding.
- Measure performance, debug, prevent abuse and secure the Services.
- Communicate updates, respond to support requests and send service messages.

3. Third-party services we use
We rely on trusted vendors to operate VIBE. Each vendor processes data only as needed to perform its function. Their privacy policies apply to the data they receive.
- RevenueCat — manages subscriptions, in-app purchase receipts and entitlement state.
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, push notifications, crash reporting and app performance.
- Google AdMob — serves advertising in free experiences and measures ad performance.
- OpenAI — AI video and language model inference for select prompt and generation flows.
- Microsoft Azure — secure cloud hosting, storage and AI orchestration.
- Replicate — model inference for image and video generation pipelines.
- Fal.ai — model inference for select AI video generation tasks.
- Google Analytics — aggregated, anonymised website and app usage analytics.
- Meta Pixel — measurement and attribution for ads on Meta platforms.
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly web analytics for the Site.
Some providers act as “processors” on our behalf, others as independent controllers (for example AdMob and Meta Pixel for advertising).
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, attribution and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. On mobile, you can manage advertising identifiers in your device settings (App Tracking Transparency on iOS; Ads ID controls on Android).

- With service providers listed above, under contract, to operate the Services.
- With law enforcement or regulators if required by applicable law or to protect rights, users or the public.
- In a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets), subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. International data transfers
Our vendors may process data in countries different from where you reside, including the United States and the European Economic Area. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes set out in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. AI video outputs may be retained on your device or within the App until you delete them.
8. Your rights

9. Children
VIBE is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to keep your information safe.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or in the App.
